The 71-year-old Gerry Turner will play the lead in the upcoming senior-focused spinoff of the ABC program, which was revealed on “Good Morning America” on Monday. Turner, who was born and raised in Iowa, is searching for love now that Toni, his wife of 43 years, passed away from a disease in 2017.
“Even though I’m from Iowa, I currently reside on a stunning lake in Indiana. Any lake activity is my favorite! I like going on pontoon boat excursions and having jet ski races with my grandkids. Two daughters and two granddaughters belong to me.
Turner, a former restaurant owner, currently resides in Indiana.
